    We are seeking an **innovative and experienced Restaurant General Manager** to lead our team and bring our vision to life.

    What You'll Do

    + Lead daily operations with a focus on hospitality, efficiency, and excellence.

    + Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.

    + Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and menu execution.

    + Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

    + Oversee inventory, vendor relationships, and cost controls.

    + Drive guest satisfaction through attentive service and problem resolution.

    + Partner with marketing and events teams to promote the restaurant and host special experiences.

    What You Bring

    + 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in upscale or chef-driven concepts.

    + Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

    + Strong leadership and communication skills.

    + Familiarity with live-fire cooking and seasonal, locally sourced menus.

    + Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.

    + Creative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.

    + Deep appreciation for Northern California’s culinary landscape and community.
