**The role you'll contribute:** Under the direction of the Chief Operations Officer of AdventHealth Medical Group and in accordance with AHS mission and vision, this position is charged with daily responsibility for Provider Recruitment Strategy. This position is responsible for assigned provider recruitment searches for the Central Florida Division North Region.
Implements and manages recruitment processes and employment programs and ensures recruiting processes
are in alignment with the current and future provider needs within the CFD NR. Key areas of focus for this
position is developing the most effective, economical, and appropriate recruiting channels, attending appropriate
provider recruitment conferences while ensuring that all recruitment initiatives comply with all state and federal
guidelines and development and management of budget allocation in collaboration with the COO. Exercises
objective, independent judgment, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of integrity,
collaboration, and delivery of outstanding customer service that accepts responsibility in maintaining
relationships that are equally respectful to all
The value you'll bring to the team:
+ Identifies and sources targeted providers using a variety of creative and effective recruitment methods. Reviews CVs/applications and phone screens all provider candidates to determine the quality and suitability of placement in the organization. Present providers opportunities with detail and clarity, providing information about the Florida Hospital HealthCare Partners compensation plan, benefits, and specific elements of the position.
+ Researches and attends job fairs, conferences and other physician and advanced practice professional venues for recruitment opportunities. Researches association publications, websites and other appropriate resources on which to post opportunities for providers.
+ Directs, organizes, and coordinates all aspects of candidate itineraries, agendas, and site visits including travel and hotel reservations, clinic, hospital, and community tours, appointments with physicians, lunch/dinner reservations, and processes all related receipts. For tracking expenses, prepares financial documents for HCP.
+ Responsible for escorting candidates through their interviews and visits; collaborate with the HCP Human Resources Business Partner in the onboarding process of new hire providers and may participate in New Physician Mission Experience.
+ Responsible for coordinating the hiring or rejection decision process of providers which may include drafting of letters of intent, letters of understanding, and contracts.
+ Responsible for facilitating the hand-off of the provider to the appropriate HCP management leader. Collects relevant work list for the successful start-up of the practice and provides the document to the HCP team.
+ Participates in the Recruitment/Operations Management meeting discussions to ensure the success of the physicians practice launching.
+ Assists providers and their families in their transition to the area, ensuring that their professional and personal needs are met.
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelors degree in business, healthcare administration, or similar field
+ Three years of related experience
