**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Asphalt Paving Laborers** for projects located in and around **Rochester, NY** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **$20-24/hour** based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

+ Apply, Compact, and Smooth Asphalt on Residential Driveways and Commercial Parking Lots

+ Operate Around Heavy Machinery such as Pavers and Rollers

+ Perform Daily Checks and Light Preventative Maintenance on Equipment

+ Communicate with Crew Members to Ensure Consistency and Safety

+ Maintain Site Awareness, Identify Buried Utilities, and Assist Dump and Screed Operators

+ Support General Construction and Labor Duties as Needed

Requirements:

+ Able to Work Safely around Heavy Equipment

+ Strong Physical Stamina and Coordination

+ Tolerance for Outdoor Work in Varied Weather Conditions
