    **Location:** East Syracuse, NY | **Pay Rate:** $22/hour | **Schedule:** Full-Time: Mon-Fri (8am - 5pm)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Account Representative to join our Customer Care Center. In this role, you’ll be the go-to resource for distributors needing replacement components — playing a critical role in resolving inquiries and keeping operations running smoothly.

     

    This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, enjoys solving problems, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.

    What You'll Do Every Day

    + Handle 60–70 inbound calls/cases daily with professionalism and efficiency

    + Assist distributors with parts selection, pricing, availability, orders, expediting, and limited technical support

    + Provide outstanding follow-up to ensure distributor and sales manager satisfaction

    + Build and maintain strong relationships with Service Managers, Parts Counter personnel, and other distributor contacts

    + Resolve issues through collaboration with internal teams and departments

    + Participate in Carrier Excellence Activities to drive continuous improvement

    + Manage and compile reports from multiple data sources to support customer operations

     

    What You Bring to the Table

    Required:

    + Experience in a call center environment, with the ability to manage high call volumes

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    + Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal abilities

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

    + Highly organized with attention to detail and strong multitasking skills

    + Creative problem-solver with a proactive, self-starter attitude

    Preferred:

    + Experience with CRM tools, especially Salesforce

    + Knowledge of SAP, PIC, and Windchill systems

    + Background in HVAC (residential or commercial), including the ability to read basic technical drawings

    + Spanish language skills – a strong plus!

    **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour
