**PDS Tech Commercial, in partnership with a global leader in the manufacturing and production industry is hiring Machine Operators —** This is your chance to build hands-on industrial experience, master specialized skills, and grow with a company that champions safety, precision, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
+ Learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for metal processing.
+ Assist in sawing, rolling, forging, grinding, sorting, inspecting, and annealing titanium and other metals.
+ Operate industrial equipment and company vehicles to transport materials.
+ Support safety and quality initiatives by maintaining a clean, hazard-free work environment.
+ Participate in training programs and continuous improvement activities.
+ Work under direct supervision until proficient in assigned tasks.
What You Bring
Required:
+ High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
+ Valid driver’s license.
+ Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot, noisy environments.
+ Basic math and computer skills.
+ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
+ This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.
Preferred:
+ Experience with industrial equipment or forklift operation.
+ Familiarity with micrometers, blueprints, or engineering drawings.
+ Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience.
Working Conditions
+ Exposure to heat, noise, and physical labor.
+ Use of hand and power tools for extended periods.
+ Standing for long durations.
+ Overtime and weekend work may be required.
+ Overnight travel may occasionally be necessary.
Advancement Opportunities
+ Eligible for promotion after 18 months, based on performance and testing.
+ Must pass job competency and safety exams.
+ Advancement depends on availability of higher-level roles and clean performance record.

+ Pay Rate: Up to $25/hr (DOE)
+ Schedule: Rotating shifts, Monday–Friday
+ Week 1: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
+ Week 2: 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM

**Pay Details:** $15.00 to $25.00 per hour
