    We’re looking for a **Kitchen & Bath Designer** for a Dubuque company! If you have a passion for design and expertise in cabinets and countertops, this is a great opportunity to showcase your skills.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    + Work closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences.

    + Use design applications to create initial illustrations through final approved designs.

    + Develop detailed drawings and specifications for installation.

    + Provide accurate quotes, including project costs and timelines.

    + Oversee installation to ensure proper execution of designs.

    + Collaborate with designers and architects for cohesive space planning.

    + Source and order necessary materials, adhering to budgets and project specifications.

    + Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques.

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum 1 year of experience in cabinet design or a related field.

    + Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.

    + Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

    + Sales experience and ability to present design concepts effectively.

    + Flexibility to work weekends with days off during the week.

    Additional Skills:

    + Ability to interpret and communicate numerical data accurately.

    + Comfortable working with fractions when measuring spaces.

    + Experience with computerized inventory control systems.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
