    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Perris, Ca. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse facility.

    Qualifications:

    - Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role for at least 1 year

     

    - Proven experience in a supervisory or management position within a warehouse

     

    - Strong leadership and communication skills

     

    - Familiarity with inventory management systems

    Responsibilities:

    - Supervise warehouse staff and daily activities

     

    - Maintain a safe working environment and enforce safety guidelines

     

    - Ensure accuracy and efficiency in receiving, storing, and shipping goods

     

    - Oversee inventory management and conduct regular audits

     

    - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations

     

    - Train and develop warehouse team members

     

    - Address any issues or discrepancies promptly

    Salary and Benefits:

    - $75,000 plus bonuses-annually (Approximately $90K)
