Iron Mountain is seeking a results-driven Senior Account Executive - Warehousing & Contract Logistics to join our Warehouse and Logistics team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving significant growth by securing new business and expanding existing accounts within the warehousing and distribution sector of contract logistics.
This dynamic team is focused on building and deepening customer partnerships to deliver tailored, value-creating warehousing solutions that align with strategic client goals.
What You’ll Do
_In this role, you will:_
+ **Drive Strategic Business Development:** Proactively identify, prospect, and lead the end-to-end sales process to secure new customers across key industries like Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Retail, and eCommerce.
+ **Strengthen Client Relationships:** Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, expanding long-term relationships through account farming, upselling warehousing capabilities, and leading collaborative contract negotiations.
+ **Ensure Solution Excellence:** Work hand-in-hand with the Solutions Design team to develop innovative, warehousing-focused logistics solutions, and lead cross-functional engagement across Operations, Information Technology (IT), Legal, and Human Resources (HR) to ensure seamless coordination and implementation.
What You’ll Bring
_The ideal candidate will have:_
+ 5+ years of business development or account management experience within warehousing, contract logistics, or distribution services, with a demonstrated track record of growing client relationships.
+ Strong knowledge of warehousing operations, distribution center dynamics, and value-added services in a Business-to-Business (B2B) context.
+ Proven ability in navigating complex sales cycles with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders, utilizing excellent communication and negotiation skills.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.

Reasonably expected salary range: $120,500.00 - $160,600.00 + commissions.
