    Overview

     

    This position requires a highly motivated person to work on the day-to-day media executions. This role is an integrated strategy and planning role, with a strong focus on Paid Social.

    Responsibilities

    + Account Management: Maintain and manage client facing project management platform and weekly reporting documents.

    + Build and maintain relationships with clients

    + Strategy and Planning:

    + Develop digital RFPs and assist in vendor briefing

    + Review plans vs the brief and ensuring formulas/numbers are accurate

    + Assist the Supervisor in creating media plan excel documents

    + Work with Supervisor on measurement framework (Brand Lift Studies)

    + Lead communication with activation on sharing preview links for client approval ahead of launch

    + Activation and Reporting:

    + Support Supervisor on developing Data Driven Approach to driving performance and evaluating campaign results ( developing insights)

    + Work with PGD team to ensure execution aligns with expected business outcomes

    + Manage client communication on campaign timelines including creative delivery

    + Confirm pacing from partners and provide recommended optimizations with activation teams

    + Lead post campaign analysis for ad hoc activations.

    Qualifications

    + Bachelor’s Degree.

    + 2+ years of media buying/planning experience across digital (programmatic, search, social etc.) channels and reporting platforms.

    + Must have strong analytical, research, and quantitative skills.

    + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills.

    + Hard-working, detail-oriented, resourceful and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    + Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc.

    Compensation Range: $59,850 - $79,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
