The Kelly Group is seeking an experienced Recruiter for its Decatur, Illinois, location. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the construction industry.

This position requires the ability to perform these essential duties:

+ Daily recruiting efforts to source and track qualified candidates through company website, job boards, trade schools, technical training programs, referrals, etc.

+ Serve as primary point of contact for all candidates and facilitate any interviews and screenings

+ Maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor

+ Demonstrate strong computer and communication skills

+ Demonstrate knowledge of OFCCP compliance and employment laws across multiple states

Other preferred qualifications sought include:

+ PHR, SPHR or SHRM-CP certifications and/or bachelor's degree

+ Experience hiring for construction, fabrication, craft worker and hard-to-fill positions
