    Noblis is seeking Technical Project Managers to support the Federal Aviation Administration, playing a key role in the acquisition and implementation of mission-critical systems and capabilities across the Air Traffic Organization. We are seeking passionate and committed professionals ready to contribute their expertise towards advancing the National Airspace System (NAS) in alignment with the FAA's forward-looking vision for aviation. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to projects that streamline the acquisition and deployment of next-generation air traffic management and surveillance systems, improve infrastructure at airports and in the airspace, and support the integration of unmanned aircraft systems and commercial space ventures. Your work will directly influence the FAA's ability to adapt to future growth and technological shifts, ensuring the aerospace system remains the safest and most efficient worldwide.

    Responsibilities

    + Support all aspects of program and project management, including planning, developing, organizing, coordinating, and conducting ATO organizational activities.

    + Serve as a Senior Advisor, providing technical or domain knowledge of the FAA or Federal government.

    + Apply expertise in FAA processes, specialized applications, diverse operational environments, and geo-political contexts.

    + Ensure FAA operational policies, processes, and program elements are integrated and documented.

    + Interface with government management personnel, contractor managers, and customer agency representatives to ensure effective communication and coordination.

    + Prepare and deliver program management-related tasks and deliverables, ensuring they meet quality and timeliness standards.

    + Serve as primary client interface providing status reporting and project documentation.

    + Provide program management, planning, and integration support to a portfolio of programs.

    + Provide technical leadership; strategic and tactical planning; and oversight in the management and administration of the Task Orders.

    + Apply critical thinking and analysis skills to solve complex problems and make informed decisions.

    Required Qualifications

    Educational and Experience Requirements

    + Minimum of 15 years’ experience managing a wide variety of technical and administrative projects with bachelor's degree in any discipline.

    + In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, 10 years of direct and relevant experience relating to the management/ supervision of the design, development, test or acquisition of Air Traffic Control/ Management (ATC/M) Systems

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required

    Required Qualifications

    + Management experience in projects involving planning, integrating and implementation of complex systems and equipment, preferably aviation-related.

    + Experience serving as task leader for all aspects of contract management including cost, schedule, risk, and performance.

    + Experience delivering strategic leadership and guidance to a project team.

    + Experience supporting program staffing and recruiting needs.

    + Experience managing client relationships across the project, including stakeholders.

    + Experience supporting business development activities.

    + Demonstrated cross-functional team collaboration and program management skills in a rapidly changing, high intensity, mission-oriented work environment.

    + Experience in aviation, systems engineering, or a related discipline, preferably within the federal sector.

    + Extensive experience with ATC systems, including automation, communications, navigation, and surveillance elements.

    + U.S. Citizen or Green Card Permanent Resident who has resided in the U.S. for 3+ years

    + Successfully pass an FAA background investigation/verification and receive a successful final suitability determination.

    + Have working knowledge of Brand new air traffic control systems effort and also Air Traffic engineering and program Support.

    Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

    USD $139,800.00 - USD $218,475.00 /Yr.
