    We invite you to join us as a dynamic Manager, Member Experience, where you will help enhance our member interactions. Reporting to the Director of Member Experiences, you will be an important contributor to a passionate team, collaborating with our Product, Marketing, and Walmart+ partners. You will lead our messaging strategy, ensuring impactful communication and working with main partners to enhance member experiences and set the gold standard for engagement. Your ideas and strategic mindset will help us make a meaningful difference for our members.

     

    What you'll do...

     

    + Support the Business for all Foundational plans that allow us to move quicker and more personalized when engaging with our members

    + Partner with product and marketing to develop an understanding of our members’ engagement with our communication channels

    + Host forums so all important partners are aware of communication changes and roll outs

    + Identify industry leaders and conduct competitive analysis

    + Work with Marketing, Product, Personalization and Business and identify opportunities for improving the relevance and quality of member communications

    + Support auditing of communications, FAQs and multiple placements for correct content and verbiage

    + E2E journey mapping for site placements

     

    What you'll bring...

     

    + 5+ years experience working in a cross-team collaboration environment, often in complex organizational matrixes.

    + 3+ years of experience journey mapping and customer experience

    + 3+ years of understanding analytics and data interpretation

    + 3+ years experience partnering with product and marketing organizations.

    + You’ve held positions in consulting or customer experience, showcasing your ability to excel in these areas.

    + You’ve managed large-scale, cross-team collaboration programs, demonstrating your high level of detail.

    + You're experienced at achieving multiple large-scale, simultaneous projects.

    + You have experience putting presentations together and communicating to all levels of leadership.

    + You participate in strategic planning meetings to create agreement toward your organization's strategy.
