About Transportation Supply Chain

Our Transportation Supply Chain team ensures Walmart’s products reach every corner efficiently and reliably. We manage complex logistics, foster strong partnerships, and innovate to support store and merchant needs. As a Senior Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our offshore delivery strategy and supporting business growth in dynamic markets.

Lead the future of Walmart’s offshore supply chain as a Senior Manager in Wasilla, AK. This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic transportation solutions, optimize delivery programs, and make a direct impact on store operations across Alaska and beyond. Full relocation package available.

What you'll do...

+ Oversee daily operations for third-party logistics, ocean, air, and barge carriers

+ Manage profit & loss for ocean container and consolidation programs

+ Lead cross-functional collaboration to optimize transportation costs and processes

+ Direct reverse logistics and asset distribution for stores and vendors

+ Develop and implement value-added processes for offshore market growth

What You’ll Bring

+ 4+ years’ experience in transportation or supply chain management

+ Proven expertise in managing carrier relationships and contract negotiations

+ Strong analytical skills for cost control and process optimization

+ Experience with profit & loss management and freight factor analysis

+ Ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders

The annual salary range for this position is $124,800.00 - $187,200.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
