CACI is seeking a Project Manager to lead the development of highly complex, mission-critical scoped and global ServiceNow applications for the Department of Homeland Security. As a member of the DHS HOD ServiceNow development team, you will support the HOD HQ user base. As an ideal candidate, you will have both strong Agile Scrum delivery skills and project management experience. You will interface with client personnel and use strong, articulate written and oral communications skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders, including customer Product Owners. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned work activities within the ServiceNow Platform are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance.
Responsibilities include:
• Dedicated to a team responsible for daily delivery of iterative release goals and delivery objectives for the Headquarters Customer, supported disciplines we serve as well as ServiceNow platform needs
• Leverage your personality, leadership and organizational talents to ensure goals are met, customers are happy and informed, and staff are aligned and performing
• Implement, enforce and continually improve Agile/Scrum principles/practices
• Provide mentoring and training for the team on Agile processes, methods, and practices
• Serve as the leadership proxy, providing status updates and reports as required/requested
• Create, gather and monitor team metrics and ensure team adherence of definition of ready and done
• Facilitate Root Cause Analysis for defects that occur after the “Done” phase
• Identify and remove impediments (including scope creep) to help protect the team from outside influences, which could otherwise interfere with the team’s ability to deliver
• Proactively seek opportunities to use process improvement and re-engineering methodologies to facilitate continual improvement to team processes
• Foster positive team dynamics to help maximize team performance
• Manage any Business Analysts who will report up to you for Agile and Scrum Guidance
• Maintain standards and provide direction as well as assistance for requirements gathering for the Business Analysts
• Actively participate by opening stories, grooming them and adding to notes in order to continually improve content and understanding of progression or roadblocks that need to be addressed
• Provide direction to the ServiceNow Developers to operate within the Agile/Scrum methodologies and framework the team has agreed to
• Balance and work with Stakeholders to determine requirement priorities and team bandwidth within an Agile Framework
• Lead and Facilitate all necessary meetings for Agile/Scrum and otherwise for Team and Stakeholders alike
Required Qualifications:
• Ability to attain DHS EOD.
• BA + 8 years’ relevant experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Charisma and a personality suitable for interaction with people of various technical backgrounds and an understanding of the ServiceNow/ITSM ecosystem
• Experience participating in a high performing, highly engaged and motivated development team
• Solid experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach
• Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle
• Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter
Desired Qualifications:
• Experience with ServiceNow to include Epics / Themes / Stories / Scrum Tasks in the Agile 2.0 module
• Agile or Scrum Master certification
• Project Management certifications or experience
• Experience supporting Federal government project
• Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas
• Experience working in a dynamic, multifaceted environment

**Pay Range** : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,200
