Raytheon’s Field Engineering team is seeking a Deputy Field Service Representative Lead. In this dual role you will provide the FSR Lead with technical and business support, leadership of employees, set day-to-day operational goals for team, solve routine problems, ensure practices and procedures are followed by the FSRs, focusing on the CONUS systems.
This onsite position is in McKinney, TX, participating in offsite locations.
Travel is up to 20% CONUS, and up to 10% OCONUS for short-term business trips, with short-term notice. Must be willing and able to travel to environments that may include harsh living conditions (extreme heat and cold, living conditions, etc.) and/or hostile work environment with little notification.
What You Will Do
+ Ensure Daily Status Reports (DSRs) are completed accurately and on time.
+ Review continuity books to make sure they are current.
+ Oversee accuracy of Work Orders and make sure work performed is reflected in the DSRs.
+ Travel to CONUS sites periodically to inspect quality of work.
+ Ensure Elapsed Time Meter Data is accurate.
+ Work with FSR leads to help remove any barriers they have, to complete tasks.
+ Lead weekly FSR status meetings and provide minutes from internal and external meetings.
+ Monitor Site handovers for completeness.
+ Ensure Site Installs/De-Installs are completed per procedure.
+ Submit Trouble Reports to Engineering team and brief Trouble Review Board on faults.
+ Provide input and feedback to trainer and FSR Lead on FSR performance and training needs.
+ Provide remote troubleshooting to CONUS and OCONUS sites, potentially outside normal working hours.
+ Act as the FSR lead when the lead is out of office.
Qualifications You Must Have
+ Typically requires a bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
+ Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
+ Experience working with KuRFs Radars and Coyote C-UAS systems.
+ Experience briefing senior level stakeholders and U.S. Government customers.
+ Experience with electronic resources and test equipment used in electronic installation, maintenance, and testing.
+ Experience with deployment in a combat environment.
+ Experience with developing, implementing, maintaining, and evaluations, including written, verbal, hands-on and tactical measurements of training effectiveness / comprehension.
+ Experience using LINUX or UNIX.
+ Experience managing employees in a deployed environment.
+ Experience training and guiding large multinational teams.
Qualifications We Prefer
+ Comprehension of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process implementation.
+ Comprehension of Microsoft Office suite of computer applications.
+ Excellent self-starter and ability to align priorities.
+ Excellent technical writing, oral communication.
+ Knowledge of Sensitive Information Procedures.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSACAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
