Join our team as a Community TV Manager to provide overall direction and creative vision to the TV studio within the community.

+ Compensation: commensurate with experience ranging from $59,500 - $80,000 annually

How you will make an impact

+ Managing the production of programs, special events, and any other productions in the studio.

+ Building relationships with departmental and resident leadership.

+ Overseeing the continued training of staff, interns, and volunteers.

+ Conducting weekly meetings to assess the operation and programming of the station.

+ Serves as Executive Producer for all productions.

What you will need

+ Minimum of 3 years’ experience in television production is required.

+ Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

+ Effective supervisor/coaching skills.

+ Management experience preferred

+ Demonstrated technical skills
