Programs are offered for children, adolescents and adults struggling with mental illness as well as offering services specializing in Anxiety, Eating Disorders, and Geriatric Services. *_Job Summary_* This position offers an opportunity to part of a dynamic PHP/IOP program located at the Institute of Living. The case manager will be directly involved with assisting patients locate resources in the community and on campus, apply for additional benefits, access local transportation services to facilitate program adherence and complete paperwork for leave status. * Bachelor Degree in Human Services * Ability to obtain Public Service License required * Demonstrated competence including knowledge and behaviors to meet age-specific needs of the client population * Experience working in related human service setting with similar age group We take great care of careers.
