    As Compensation Data Analytics – Senior Manager, you will leverage your data analysis and modeling expertise to manage and influence projects that impact our ability to recognize our global associates through our Total Rewards Strategy. This role will serve as the analytical engine behind our compensation strategy – driving insights, efficiency, and automation across global compensation programs. You will be a key partner on the Compensation team and will work across Global Compensation to enhance data availability and usage, create process efficiencies, and have an integral role in firm-wide processes, including our annual compensation cycle.

    What you’ll do:

    Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:

    + Build and optimize data processes by designing repeatable, automated, and accurate compensation reporting and analysis tools.

    + Develop technical solutions that streamline compensation processes through system enhancements, integrations, and configuration improvements.

    + Serve as subject matter expert in compensation data governance, ensuring accuracy and consistency across HR systems and reporting.

    + Integrate, optimize, and ensure data accuracy and reliability.

    + Create, build, and execute analyses and interpret data to identify business trends and critical insights, conduct root cause analysis of business problems, and develop compensation analyses in support of ADP-wide compensation priorities and projects.

    + Collaborate with the Compensation team to support the team through analytical vision and data management.

    + Partner cross-functionally with the Technology teams and People Analytics to ensure integrity of compensation data sets, manage compensation related dashboards, and to enhance capabilities with Compensation data.

    + Support the Compensation team during the Focal Point Review process, including but not limited to development of Excel templates for pre-collection processes, coordination and review of data collection, system configuration support, and summary analyses of compensation decisions for senior leader reviews.

    + Prepare and maintain project plans, track project progress, and prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

    + Analyze project requirements, information flow and procedures, and provide alternative methods of problem solving.

    + Lead relevant team or cross-functional meetings to ensure project success and to facilitate collaboration.

    + Continuously evaluate tools and technology to enhance efficiency and scalability in compensation operations.

    **Experience.** You have 10+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

    TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

    + Strong knowledge of HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Orace HCM Cloud, or similar) and/or compensation systems including experience with configuration or systems administration

    + Demonstrated enterprise-level experience in developing tools and workflows to support data collection and analysis of confidential people data.

    + Demonstrated business acumen and experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, influence partners, recommend, and develop appropriate technical solutions.

    + Experience with data transformation, including cleaning large datasets to ensure accuracy and enhance data availability.

    + Strong proficiency with programming languages for data aggregation, analysis, and modeling (i.e. SQL, Python, etc) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc),

    + Proven ability to translate data into insights and recommendations for senior leaders, and experience presenting to stakeholders at all levels to drive decision-making. Expert in identifying and implementing data-related process efficiencies and drive adoption.

    + Demonstrated enterprise-level expertise in interpreting and presenting data, including building tools and models from scratch.

    + Expertise in Microsoft Office including Advanced Excel user and PowerPoint proficiency

    + A positive "can-do" attitude and demonstrated success navigating complexity, ambiguity, and pressure to get things done in a fast-paced environment while balancing competing priorities.

    + Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work with and communicate confidently with all levels of staff and management.

    + You’ll have a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, finance, or equivalent.

    For additional comfort in the role:

    + Expertise in compensation analysis at an enterprise level.

    + Experience in statistics and statistical analysis software/packages.

    Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is USD $85,200.00 - USD $173,100.00 / Year*

     

    *Actual compensation will not be less than the applicable minimum wage or minimum exempt salary requirement under federal, state and local laws.
