    **Pay:** $21+ per hour, depending on experience

    **Schedule:** Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

    Our client, a respected name in food manufacturing, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced production professional for a Level III role in their meat room operations. This is a hands-on, physically active role that plays a key part in meeting daily production targets. The ideal candidate brings at least three years of food or meat production experience and thrives in fast-paced environments where teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement are critical.

     

    This role is best suited for someone who leads by example, stays focused under pressure, and brings a positive, team-oriented approach to their work.

     

    What You Will Be Doing

     

    + Operating machinery and performing manual labor in the meat production room

    + Taking initiative to identify and address production issues before they impact output

    + Monitoring equipment and recognizing when adjustments or maintenance are needed

    + Supporting the team in hitting daily production goals with consistency and urgency

    + Maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment

    + Promoting safety, quality, and efficiency in all work areas

    + Participating in continuous improvement efforts and offering ideas for process enhancements

    + Assisting and motivating teammates to stay productive and aligned with shift objectives

    + Working closely with supervisors in a collaborative, hands-on environment
