    What’s a typical day as Business Coordinator? You’ll be:

     

    • Managing the Director’s demanding and complex calendar, scheduling internal and external meetings across multiple time zones, and coordinating with other executive offices.

    • Supporting meetings and events by managing attendees, ensuring agendas are prepared, and organizing logistics for both small offsites and large internal Town Halls.

    • Acting as a primary point of contact, screening and prioritizing emails and correspondence while coordinating effectively with internal teams and stakeholders.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

    • Have a minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience providing executive-level administrative support in a large, complex global organization.

    • Hold a High School Diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is strongly preferred.

    • Possess exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills, along with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
