NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Cerner charge services Engineer for a 6+ fully remote contract role.

**NOTE** : This is a US based, W-2 project. All candidates will be paid through NTT DATA only.

Job Description: Responsibilities:

-Contribute to the design, development, and testing, of Cerner charge services and potentially, Cerner Millennium Patient Accounting.

- Lead the evaluation and implementation of Cerner charge services features to replace or enhance existing application functionalities, ensuring alignment with current and future business processes.

- Define and maintain the Cerner charge services product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy. Identify opportunities for product conversion, innovation, and domain-specific enhancements.

- Develop and manage the application roadmap, considering lifecycle, strategic alignment, scalability, and value delivery for the Hospital Billing technology stack.

-Partner with vendors, market leaders, business stakeholders, informatics teams, and technologies to ensure cohesive planning and execution.

- Represent the Cerner charge services domain in governance forums. Communicate product and technology roadmaps effectively across teams and leadership.

-Work as part of multiple project teams

-Review project requests describing Cerner charges services/charge capture needs to estimate time and cost required to accomplish a project.

Required Skills/Experience:

+ 3+ years experience with Cerner charges services . With experience implementing or optimizing Cerner charge services

+ Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.

Preferred Skills:

-Basic ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues.

-Strong written and verbal communication skills.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage one’s time as well as the ability to work as part of a team

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $62-$65 per hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
