Kelly is hiring a warehouse shipping clerk

Join our team as a Shipping/Receiving Clerk, where your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure our orders reach customers accurately and on time. Job Specifications:

Roles and Responsibilities:

+ Accurately pick, pack, and label items for shipment to ensure timely delivery.

+ Track stock levels and record shipping orders using scanners and computer systems.

+ Securely package items, generate shipping labels, and prepare required documentation.

+ Receive, unload, and verify incoming materials; load outgoing shipments manually or with equipment.

+ Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.

+ Coordinate with UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers for efficient pickups and deliveries.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area; promptly report any unsafe conditions.

Qualifications & Skills:

+ Strong attention to detail for precise order fulfillment and inventory tracking.

+ Physical stamina to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds.

+ Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

+ Proficiency in inventory management systems, scanners, and basic data entry.

+ Forklift certification or relevant experience is preferred.

+ Effective teamwork skills to collaborate in a busy warehouse environment.

+ Commitment to following safety procedures and using PPE.
