    Onsite Recruiter – Volume Recruiting

     

    Work Location: Linden, NJ (Onsite Role – 5 days/week)

     

    Our **Volume Recruiter** is responsible for handling all aspects of talent sourcing and recruiting for assigned requisitions supporting multiple locations at a national level. This role is a proven recruiter that is seasoned in a wide range of recruiting skills and able to execute on a daily basis by meeting and exceeding defined SLA’s and KPI’s established by the company. Key responsibilities include:

     

    + Building and maintaining relationships with Hiring Managers in developing strong partnerships

    + Developing new, creative recruiting ideas employing traditional and non-traditional sourcing strategies

    + Utilizing various resources, identify and recruit appropriate candidates to fill positions at all levels

    + Ensures making all efforts in hiring the best possible talent for all positions

    Responsibilities

    + Coordinates full cycle recruiting for open positions, including assisting managers with the identification of viable candidates, interviewing, and selection.

    + Maintains tracking system of all requisition and applicant activity in a “Real Time” basis consistently for all stages in our recruiting process from apply to offer to hire.

    + Supports temporary headcount conversions on an ongoing basis for multiple sites.

    + communication, and acts as a candidate advocate.

    + Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding both the recruiting process and candidate job fit.

    + Manages candidate engagement, provides a positive candidate experience; maintains responsive

    + Creates, negotiates and delivers employment offers in a timely manner.

    + May assist other functional recruiters as needed based on team requisition requirements

    + Establishes and continuously develops networks through industry contacts, university relations, association memberships, trade groups, and military affiliations, among other sources, to maximize recruitment resources and opportunities for the Company.

    + Using traditional and non-traditional resources, sources and entices a qualified pool of both active and passive candidates by conducting searches through creative sourcing techniques including social media, job posting boards, cold-calling, networking, internet mining, professional networking sites, virtual job fairs, campus recruiting, etc.

    + Represents our company in various recruiting events and platforms such as presenting at local universities, schools, recruitment events and job fairs, as well as community group meetings to increase awareness of our company and excitement around job opportunities.

    + Complies with all Company policies, procedures and guidelines, including those related to sourcing, recruiting and selection.

    + Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent based on the demand and needs of our company.

    Qualifications

    + Experience supporting multi-site locations at a high-volume pace.

    + Knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

    + High energy, passionate individual who loves people and loves recruiting.

    + Ability to work independently with little supervision as well as in a team setting/collaborative environment.

    + Ability to effectively prioritize multiple assignments and display strong organizational skills.

    + Strong PC skills with business and communication software (Word Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

    + High degree of professional maturity, integrity, and ability to maintain confidential data and information.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Experience with ATS Platform having full cycle recruitment processes requirement is a must!

    + 4+ years of directly related experience at a high volume environment with a proven track record

    + 4+ years’ experience working with, and up to date knowledge of, sourcing and recruiting through an applicant tracking system.

    + 4+ years’ experience working within LinkedIn Recruiter at a Volume Level comparable to our company’s current sourcing capabilities

    + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
