We’re seeking a motivated and experienced **Systems Analyst Advisor** to help build automated processes that streamline internal operations — improving turnaround time, accuracy, and productivity to deliver greater value to our clients. In this role, you’ll collaborate with operations, product owners, and developers to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions. Success requires a strong technical foundation, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.

Qualifications:

+ 3 plus years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar technical role

+ Strong analytical skills with experience in ETL, SQL, BI tools, and data mapping

+ Experience with Ab Initio (Express>It, Metadata Hub, BRE) is a plus

+ Familiarity with cloud and big data technologies (e.g., AWS, Hadoop, Kafka, REST APIs)

+ Exposure to programming languages (e.g., C#, Java, JavaScript, React)

+ Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Jira

+ Excellent communication and organizational skills

+ Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently

Key Responsibilities:

+ Develop a deep understanding of current system processes and automation capabilities

+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, functionality, and timelines for automation efforts

+ Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications and user stories

+ Design and document solutions that align with business goals and system architecture

+ Serve as a liaison between operations and development teams throughout the project lifecycle

+ Contribute ideas to improve design efficiency, reusability, and delivery speed

+ Support testing, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of automated capabilities

Education:

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 103,700 - 172,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
