This is a temporary position.
This is a FLEX Associate Engagement Position type: Full-time Lead global ESG regulatory initiatives across systems, processes, and audit readiness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that enhance consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Role Responsibilities/Duties: Serve as the senior delivery lead with direct responsibility for project teams, budget management, and decision-making authority. Oversee multiple work streams, ensuring alignment of key deliverables, dependencies, and resource allocation. Lead and drive large-scale, complex global ESG regulatory initiatives across systems, processes, and audit readiness, with full accountability for program delivery and strategic outcomes Demonstrated track record of delivering high-impact projects on time and within budget, with measurable results in organizational performance, compliance, or transformation Drive alignment and shared accountabilities with key stakeholders for successful project outcomes. Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with individual work track project managers,. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and summaries of project status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and board members. Influence decision-making at the highest levels.
Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of project management, delivery lead or consulting experience in a global organization. Familiarity with the ESG regulations, both domestic and international, i.e. Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) for global companies operating within the European Union. Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to balance priorities and resources effectively. Demonstrated success in leading organizational transformation initiatives, driving change, and challenging norms to achieve improved effectiveness and innovation.
Competencies: Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. Collaborative leader with proven ability to navigate and resolve conflict among stakeholders, drive consensus, and maintain strong relationships in high-pressure environments. Analytical and strategic thinking to assess and address complex business challenges. Results-oriented with the ability to drive change and innovation. High ethical standards, commitment to social responsibility, and cross-cultural effectiveness. Education and Professional Certification: Baccalaureate degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
