Health and Wellness Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Health and Wellness professional who is passionate about leveraging data to tell compelling stories and drive strategic decisions. This role is ideal for someone who sees beyond the numbers— thinking boldly and connecting colleague benefits to broader well-being outcomes and organizational goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
+ Passion for colleague health well-being and a deep understanding of how benefits support physical, emotional, and financial health.
+ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
+ Experience with benefits administration platforms, data visualization tools, and HRIS systems.
+ Understanding of global benefits operations and compliance, particularly in India
+ Strong analytical skills with a talent for translating complex data into actionable insights.
+ Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot and other intelligent platforms, to streamline benefits administration, enhance data-driven decision-making, and improve employee experience.
Desired Skills:
+ Benefit and Well-being Administration:
+ Oversee day-to-day benefit administration processes including eligibility files, benefit case management, annual benefits enrollment preparation, testing, and communications.
+ Assist with colleague inquires, new hire orientations, and specific business line benefit requests
+ Maintain and update Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) and Summary of Benefits Coverages (SBCs).
+ Design and execute comprehensive wellness programs including physical, mental, emotional, and financial well-being.
+ Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, L&D, DEI, Properties, Events, Health and Safety, amongst others) and external vendors to deliver impactful benefits and well-being initiatives.
+ Regulatory Compliance:
+ Ensure adherence to ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations.
+ Support Affordable Care Act (ACA) reporting and non-discrimination testing.
+ Vendor and Client Relations:
+ Monitor vendor performance and recommend process improvements.
+ Participate in the Request for Proposal (RFP) process
+ Data and Reporting:
+ Ability to interpret claims data, colleague benefits and well-being engagement metrics, and vendor performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
+ Support audits involving healthcare costs and claims data.
+ Strategic Planning:
+ Support benchmarking efforts to evaluate existing plans to identify cost-effective enhancements.
+ Participate in financial analysis to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
Qualifications:
+ Education:
+ Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field required
+ Experience:
+ Previous experience in health and welfare benefits administration
+ Experience with outsourced benefits vendors and HRIS systems (Oracle and UKG)
+ Skills:
+ Strong knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, HIPAA, ACA
+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
