    Responsibilities

    Manage quality programs, policies, practices and resources.

     

    + Serve as organizational leader to facilitate accreditations survey activities, survey preparations, survey leadership and survey follow-up and completion to ensure organizational accreditation.

    + Develop comprehensive approach to achieve external standards for quality, safety, and reliability including data management and outcomes reporting.

    + Aggregate data, provide reports/graphs to management, and participates in audits of departments/processes for compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

    + Lead communication, networking, and knowledge transfer of accreditation and regulatory information and data outcomes across the health system.

    + Manage staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management.

    + Perform and oversee scheduling, recruitment and payroll.

    Requirements

    Licensure / Certification / Registration:

    + Quality Professional preferred.

    + Risk Management preferred.

    Education:

    + High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    + 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

    Additional Preferences

    + Master's degree in Health-care Administration, Health-care Informatics, or related field

    + Clinical license (e.g., RN, LPN) is a plus

    + 5+ years of experience in health-care quality, population health, or value-based care, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team lead role

    + Experience working within a health system, ACO, CIN, or integrated delivery network

    + Familiarity with tools such as Cerner, Tableau, or Power BI

    + Strong understanding of quality measurement frameworks (e.g., HEDIS, Stars, QPP/MIPS, ACO eCQM measures)

    + Experience working with payer data, EHR systems, and performance reporting

    + Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive performance improvement

    + Demonstrated experience developing efficient operational work-flows, especially around medical record retrieval

    + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
