Key Responsibilities:
The Analyst – Departure is responsible for creating and executing a capacity plan in collaboration with sales and operational leaders to optimize space, weight, and revenue on flights for cargo and mail. The position focuses on near-term planning for wide-body flights within the assigned region, ensuring alignment and coordination across all departments. Additionally, the role involves analyzing flight performance reports to assess plan effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
+ Execute cargo flight plans with all operational stakeholder groups
+ Monitor and analyze future flight capacity data to identify potential capacity constraints and recommend fleet adjustments
+ Work collaboratively across functions with many stakeholders in Operations, Sales, and Revenue Management for near-term planning on all wide-body flights
+ Communicate root causes of issues back to Revenue Management, Sales, and Operations to effectively and efficiently improve processes
+ Participates in the development of network or region maximizing strategies to accomplish regional and divisional objectives with freight and mail
**Note:** This position works onsite from the San Francisco Airport. The required work schedule is Tuesdays-Saturdays 8:00am-4:30pm Pacific.
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
+ High School Diploma
+ 2+ years professional work experience working in cross functional/cultural teams, preferably sales teams
+ Oral Communication; ability to work cross-functional teams
+ Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, etc.)
+ Must be fluent in English (verbal and written)
+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
+ Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
+ Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Experience in international air/sea freight, airline, or transportation & logistics industry
+ Database working knowledge such as Spotfire, Business Object, SQL
+ Proven interpersonal skills with multi-cultural professional environment
+ Proven quantitative analytical & logical thinking skills

The base pay range for this role is $68,640.00 to $84,514.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
