    BayCare Health Systems is currently seeking a **Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist Lead** to join our outstanding and compassionate team in **Brooksville!**

     

    + **Facility:** BayCare Behavioral Health

    + **Location:** Brooksville

    + **Status:** Full-Time, Exempt: Yes

    + **Shift Hours:** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

    + **Weekend Work:** None

    + **On Call:** None

    The Behavioral Health Therapist Lead is responsible for:

    + Providing direct clinical services to individuals to include assessment, individual, group and family counseling.

    + Performing crisis support and other clinical services as needed.

    + Overseeing the clinical work of clinical team members as assigned.

    + Reviewing clinical documentation to ensure adherence to Quality and Regulatory standards.

    + Acting as a designee for BH Program Supervisor/Manager when not present.

     

    Travel to various sites as required by specific program. Perform other duties as assigned.

    Required Certification/License:

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + Driver's License

    + LMFT (Marriage and Family), LMHC (Mental Health) or LCSW (Social Work) - Required

    Required Education:

    + Master's in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Health Education, Human Services, or Related Field

    Required Experience:

    + 3 Years Behavioral Health - required

    + 1 year experience with site specific programs & facilities - preferred
