    Pay range – Up to $34.30 / hour

     

    Eligible for a $3,000 sign on bonus

    Position Summary A general maintenance supports operations by installing, maintaining, and repairing manufacturing equipment. As a team they work to minimize manufacturing machine downtime using corrective and preventive maintenance. Position Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

     

    + Installs, maintains, and repairs manufacturing equipment.

    + Installs, maintains, and repairs facility related equipment including: access control systems, fire alarm systems, and gas generator systems.

    + Completes preventive maintenance and corrective repairs on various types of equipment.

    + Ability to safely troubleshoot and perform basic electrical repairs.

    + Operates/maintains machine shop equipment, hand tools, measuring, and diagnostic equipment.

    + Documents completed repairs.

    + Fabricates, rebuilds, designs, and installs machine parts.

    + Mechanical installation and troubleshooting of oil lubrication, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems including piping.

    + Maintain compressed air and drying equipment.

    + Installation and troubleshooting of electrical motors and controls.

    + Constructs electrical control panels from various schematics.

    + Implement ways to reduce costs, increase productivity, and eliminate waste.

    + Identify, requisition, and track supplies required to complete assignments.

    + Follows safe working practices and procedures.

    + All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
