The primary purpose of your job position is to provide assistance in all dietary functions as directed and assure that
quality dietary services are provided on a daily basis. Responsible for maintaining the dietary department in a clean,
safe and sanitary manner.

Ministry: St. Mary PACE
Hours: 8-430 No Weekends
Shift - First Shift

Position Purpose
As a Dietary Aide, you will support daily dietary operations to ensure high-quality food service in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. Your role is essential in promoting the health and well-being of our participants through nutritious meal preparation and service.
What You Will Do
+ Assist in food preparation and service following sanitary regulations and internal policies
+ Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and equipment
+ Support inventory management and restocking
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet participant needs
+ Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives
+ Uphold confidentiality and safety standards
Minimum Qualifications
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ 1–2 years of food service experience in healthcare preferred
+ Experience working with elderly or frail populations (or willingness to train)
+ Strong communication skills (verbal, written, or ASL)
+ Ability to work independently and adapt to change
+ Must meet state health requirements prior to employment
