This position will also include delivery, loading and unloading material as well as warehouse responsibilities.

Reports to: Profit Center Manager
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Must be 21 years of age or older to drive a commercial motor vehicle (non-CDL)
+ Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and have an acceptable driving record
+ Ability to manually lift heavy boxes (50+ lbs.) of stock from shelves in warehouse, including lifting overhead, stooping down, and climbing ladders
+ Ability to load and unload trucks from ground level or platform
+ Ability to safely operate materials handling equipment including pallet jacks, etc.
+ Positive, can-do attitude, ability to multi-task well and be proactive
+ Ability to work and communicate very well in a high-paced environment
+ Authorized to work in the United States (without requiring employer sponsorship)
+ Administrative functions including screening incoming calls, responding to general inquiries, etc.
+ Build reports to share with the team related to inventory management, efficiencies, profit/loss, etc.
+ Collect and analyze operational data to minimize expenses and improve profitability
+ Maintain customer and vendor files in company database, ensure files are up to date
+ Assist with accounts receivable & payable functions
+ Process and reconcile vendor invoices & operational expenses
+ Assist with upholding company policy and safety standards
+ Collaborate regularly with Logistics, Purchasing, and Sales departments
+ Manage freight claim and vendor return processes
+ Support the Operations Manager with projects as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
+ · Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent relevant experience
+ · Must have an eye for detail, enjoy problem-solving, and operate with a sense of urgency
+ · Strong analytical and organizational skills
+ · Excellent customer service, eager to learn, positive can-do attitude
+ · Proficiency in computer programs such as Microsoft Excel
Working Conditions:
Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures. Deliveries in all weather conditions including during extreme hot/cold, rain and other seasonal conditions.

Essential Job Functions:
+ Legally operate a motor vehicle and maintain a driving record that meets company standards
+ Load all order fulfillment materials onto the truck for delivery and unload at delivery
+ Communicate any vehicle mechanical problems to direct supervisor
+ Perform daily inspection and maintenance on company vehicle
+ Deliver/pick up merchandise to/from customers and suppliers promptly, efficiently, and in a professional manner
+ Pick up material from vendors
+ Receive incoming freight
+ Keep a clean and organized warehouse
+ Stock material on shelves
+ Pick orders
+ Processing returns from customers and to vendors
+ Operate a Microsoft-based computer system

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $19 to $20 hourly.
