Project Coordinator II

+ Support quote creation for North America process consulting, in-house training and Stages software.
+ Communicate UL Software Intensive Systems (SIS) value proposition to customers and anticipate and react to their questions in a timely manner.
+ Serve as primary inside sales contact and bring in additional technical resources when needed to support project scoping
+ Serve as liaison on legal topics including NDAs, terms and conditions, etc.
+ Manage sales order pipeline and assist with opportunity tracking, reporting, data hygiene and forecasting.
+ Work closely with inside and outside sales team members, including a Global Sales Director.
+ Create reports, analyze trends and work alongside the marketing department on sales enablement initiatives.
+ Participate in business development meetings with internal stakeholders.
+ Help ensure strong lead management.
+ Bachelor's degree required.
+ Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Power BI.
+ Experience using Salesforce, CPQ and Ironclad is highly preferred.
+ Strong written and oral communication.
+ Ability to interface with internal and external teams.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.
+ Attend local trade shows and conferences on occasion.
+ Preferred: General knowledge in a technical industry area (e.g. automotive and industrial)
+ Preferred: Experience with procurement and sales processes in B2B environment

What we offer:
We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000. - $70,000. and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary.
This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
