What You’ll Be Doing

+ Lead global marketing programs to drive organic sales growth and enhance product visibility.

+ Develop and execute product strategies by analyzing customer needs and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

+ Implement strategic pricing initiatives to optimize product profitability and market competitiveness.

+ Collaborate with global teams to support manufacturing strategies and enhance operational efficiency.

+ Engage with sales teams and customers to promote product lines, fostering strong relationships and driving growth.

What We're Looking For

+ Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing.

+ 3+ years of experience in Product Management.

+ 2+ years of experience leading people.

+ Industry experience with electric, electronic, or hydraulic component systems.

+ Solid project management skills and the ability to facilitate global teamwork.

+ Energetic personality with a customer-oriented mindset.

+ Professional English proficiency (oral and written).

+ Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes.
