    The **Credit & Collections Manager** is responsible for managing and optimizing the collections processes of the organization. This includes leading a multinational team, driving collections performance, reducing DSO, ensuring compliance with internal controls, collaborating with internal stakeholders, and implementing systems that align with the company's financial goals and objectives.

    + Collaborative Leadership: Unite internal to identify and resolve disputes, billing discrepancies, and payment delays, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining positive customer relationships;

    + Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate policies and procedures to streamline operations to increase productivity and enhance efficiency;

    + Reporting & Analysis: Develop and maintain reporting that provide visibility into receivables performance for senior leadership;

    + Collections Strategy & Execution: optimize, and implement strategies and procedures

    + Dispute Resolution: Work closely with the Legal department to determine next steps in escalating collection cases, including the initiation of legal action when necessary;

    + Customer Engagement: Engage with key customers directly to address reasons for non-payment and create an action plan to resolve complex collection matters;

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; however, alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree;

    + 7+ years of experience as a Collections Manager or in a similar leadership role within a large organization, preferably in a multinational service-oriented environment;

    + Experience using Oracle, Power BI, and Salesforce for research and analytics;

    + Hold NACM or other nationally recognized credit certification;

    + Full understanding of the collections process and utilization of credit management.

    + Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and develop actionable insights.

    + Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to interact with internal stakeholders, key customers, and external agencies.

    + Strong leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate and manage a team effectively.

    + In-depth knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections and debt recovery.

    + Proficiency in using MS Excel, including intermediate-level skills such as pivot tables and v-lookups.

    + Adept in designing and delivering MS PowerPoint presentations.

    + Attention to detail, ability to meet strict deadlines, and effectively prioritize tasks.

    + Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.

    + Experience with managing a team remotely.

    + Results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.

    + Experience using Oracle ERP, Power BI, and Salesforce software is a bonus

    + General understanding of AR payment portals (Ariba, Coupa, Track, etc.).
