Our client, a leading organization in the industry, is seeking a Business Continuity Analyst (Pennington, Charlotte, Kennesaw, Richmond) to join their dynamic team. As a Business Continuity Analyst (Pennington, Charlotte, Kennesaw, Richmond), you will be an integral part of the Business Continuity Support Department, working closely with various teams to ensure organizational resilience. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

**Job Title:** Business Continuity Analyst (Pennington, Charlotte, Kennesaw, Richmond)

**Location:** Charlotte, NC; Richmond, VA; Kennesaw, GA; Pennington, NJ (3 days Onsite)

What's the Job?

+ Support the Business Continuity Program's Application Resiliency Testing Requirements across global technology teams.

+ Coordinate and facilitate testing deliverables such as Application Resiliency Certification, Shared Application Platform, Application Production Location testing, and Data Restore Testing.

+ Drive annual initiatives to enhance recoverability and resiliency through comprehensive testing programs.

+ Monitor application testing performance, ensuring recovery strategies are well-documented and compliant with standards.

+ Communicate effectively with stakeholders, escalate issues as needed, and support risk management activities.

What's Needed?

+ Strong knowledge of business continuity and disaster recovery testing processes.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Access, and Visio; ability to develop reports and dashboards.

+ Ability to learn new systems quickly and produce actionable results.

+ Experience leading projects with minimal supervision and coordinating with diverse stakeholders.

+ Prior experience with business continuity processes and operational excellence initiatives is desirable.
