Our client, an industry leader in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Engineering Technician to join their dynamic team. As an Engineering Technician, you will be an integral part of the Operations Team supporting rapid prototyping and low-volume hardware assembly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to quality and efficiency, aligning seamlessly with the organization’s goals and values.

**Job Title:** Engineering Technician

**Location:** Foster City, CA

**Pay Range:** $45 per hour

What's the Job?

+ Assist engineers during the development of new electronic hardware products to optimize manufacturing processes.

+ Accurately assemble and test a variety of electronic hardware from prototypes to short-run production.

+ Perform quality inspections and ensure work adheres to detailed process instructions.

+ Support the development of innovative assembly techniques to resolve manufacturing issues.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance.

What's Needed?

+ Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or related fields.

+ Technical training such as soldering, trade school, or on-the-job classes preferred.

+ Ability to interpret technical documents and engineering drawings accurately.

+ Proficiency with standard assembly tools including cutters, crimpers, soldering irons, and torque tools.

+ Hands-on experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes, power supplies, and signal generators.
