    Our client, a dedicated mental health and community-based organization, is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. As an Executive Assistant, you will be part of the administrative support team supporting the organization’s leadership and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, proactive communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Executive Assistant (Part-Time)

    **Location:** Chester, VA

    **Pay Range:** $21 - $23/hr (Contingent on experience

    **Shift:** Will begin as part-time to give time to get acquainted with the position. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and possibly some Sundays. 10-3 pm

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Manage and organize calendars, appointments, and meetings (virtual and in-person).

    + Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.

    + Prepare documents, presentations, reports, and meeting materials.

    + Take meeting minutes, prepare agendas, and distribute follow-up notes.

    + Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 3–5 years of administrative, executive assistant, or personal assistant experience.

    + A high school diploma or equivalent with strong professional experience; certifications or experience in project management or digital tools are a plus.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    + Tech-savvy with familiarity in scheduling platforms, social media tools, and cloud systems.

    + Ability to remain calm under pressure, adaptable to shifting priorities, and trustworthy with sensitive information.
