    Our client, a leading manufacturing company specializing in packaging solutions, is seeking a Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Forklift Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, safety consciousness, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Forklift Operator

    **Location:** Bay Minette, AL

     

    Shift: Monday - Thursday

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + **At least 2 years of forklift operation experience**

    + Valid forklift license maintained at all times

    + High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    + Ability to read and understand English instructions and measurements

    + Good interpersonal and communication skills

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to load and unload goods

    + Check incoming goods against bills of lading and report discrepancies

    + Maintain an organized and clean raw sheet warehouse

    + Load bale clippings onto trailers and keep back pad area tidy

    + Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and report issues

    •Cuál será tu trabajo?

    + Operar montacargas de manera segura y eficiente para cargar y descargar mercancías

    + Verificar mercancías entrantes contra los conocimientos de embarque y reportar discrepancias

    + Mantener un almacén organizado y limpio de láminas crudas

    + Cargar balas de recortes en remolques y mantener el área de respaldo ordenada

    + Realizar mantenimiento preventivo en maquinaria y reportar problemas

    •Qué necesitas?

    + Al menos 2 años de experiencia en operación de montacargas

    + Licencia de montacargas válida y vigente

    + Diploma de secundaria o equivalente preferido

    + Capacidad para leer y entender instrucciones y mediciones en inglés

    + Buenas habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación
