Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Production Control Coordinator to join their team. As a Production Control Coordinator, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Production Control and be part of an exciting team!

Job Title: Production Control Coordinator

**Location:** Newark, DE (On-Site)

**Job Type:** Full-Time – 18 month assignment

**Pay Rate:** $25-$26/hr

About the Role

We are seeking a **Production Control Coordinator** to support our operations team in Newark, DE. This role is critical in ensuring timely product availability and customer order fulfillment by coordinating manufacturing performance, inventory management, and shipment logistics. This is a fully on-site position offering the opportunity to work hands-on with one of today’s most exciting and impactful technologies.

Key Responsibilities

+ Monitor near-term product availability and customer shipments, engaging with operations to ensure inventory readiness.

+ Execute inventory allocations and shipment transactions to fulfill customer orders.

+ Track manufacturing performance to plan, identify risks, and ensure mitigation plans support shipping timelines.

+ Align logistics processes with inventory availability for seamless order fulfillment.

+ Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and analytics tools to track products against customer orders.

+ Coordinate resolution timelines for rework or quality inspection-related delays.

+ Provide general support to the Production Control team as needed.

Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.

+ Entry-level experience accepted; manufacturing or supply chain internship experience is a plus.

+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with databases is a plus.

+ Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and handling inventory/transaction data.

+ Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

+ Proactive, solutions-oriented thinker with a desire to improve and streamline processes.
