+ **DevOps Knowledge** : Important for managing pull requests effectively; lack of it can lead to poor design or team friction.

+ **Preferred DevOps Resource** : One developer is being considered for solutions/integration work. Needs someone who understands best practices and can deliver sophisticated solutions without risking poor output.

+ **nCino Deployment** : Ideal candidate should know Salesforce and DevOps, and be willing to learn AutoRABIT. nCino skills can be developed over time if they have a strong Salesforce + AutoRABIT foundation.

Module Focus & Candidate Expectations

+ **Focus Area** : Retail lending modules in nCino.

+ **Skill Expectations** :

+ Basic Salesforce knowledge (triggers, Apex, flows).

+ Familiarity with retail lending (201 and 301 level).

+ Candidates with solid Salesforce background can learn nCino, especially if they have strong references.

Salesforce platform expertise:

+ Environment management: Proficiency in managing multiple Salesforce environments, including sandboxes and scratch orgs.

+ Development tools: Experience with the Salesforce Developer Experience (SF) command-line interface for source-driven development.

+ Metadata: Deep understanding of the Salesforce Metadata API and the platform's metadata structure.

+ Apex and Lightning: Familiarity with Salesforce-specific languages and frameworks, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning

Components.

+ Version control and CI/CD:

+ Version control systems: Strong expertise with Git, including branching strategies, pull requests, and handling merge conflicts.

+ CI/CD pipelines: Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment

+ (CI/CD) pipelines for Salesforce.

+ CI/CD tools: Hands-on experience with specific CI/CD tools, including general-purpose tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI, and dedicated Salesforce DevOps platforms like Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.

+ Scripting languages: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Shell to automate build and deployment processes..
