Position: Northbound Distribution Customer Service Representative
Pay Rate:** **$16/hour
Schedule:** **11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
+ Overtime as needed
+ Rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
• Location:** **Mile 13, Laredo, TX
Description of Position:
Our client, a leader in distribution logistics, is seeking a **Northbound Distribution Customer Service Representative** to join their team. As part of the **Northbound Operations** , you’ll play a key role in supporting daily distribution activities and ensuring smooth communication between departments and customers.
Requirements:
+ Must be able to read, write, and communicate in **English and Spanish**
+ **Responsible** and **self-motivated**
+ Works well with others and **willing to cross-train**
+ **At least 1 year of distribution experience**
+ Familiarity with **SAP or Warehouse Management Systems** (preferred but not required)
+ Basic knowledge of **billing services** (preferred but not required)
