Our client, a leading organization in the insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist Level 1 to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the insurance operations department supporting client services, you will play a key role in processing insurance certificates and policy requests. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to data management, aligning successfully with the organization’s commitment to excellence and inclusivity.

**Job Title:** Commercial Insurance Certificate Specialist Level 1

**Location:** Remote (must be located in the PST or EST time zones)

**Pay Range:** $24.78

What's the Job?

+ Process insurance certificates and policy requests for commercial insurance lines efficiently and accurately

+ Act as a subject matter expert on client policies, providing clear and professional communication

+ Manage data entry and data management tasks with precision and attention to detail

+ Shift between priorities throughout the workday while maintaining productivity using effective time-management techniques

+ Work within scheduled hours based on your location: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, with a daily unpaid lunch break

What's Needed?

+ Experience interpreting client requirements and handling related documents

+ Proficiency in data management and working with Excel and proprietary systems

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor

+ Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in data entry

+ Prior experience in the commercial insurance industry is preferred and highly valued
