    Our client, a leading sheet metal manufacturer of HVAC products is seeking a Shipping Supervisor to join their team. As a Shipping Supervisor, you will be part of the Shipping Department supporting Production The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, problem solving skills and great coaching skills which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    Job Title: Shipping Supervisor

     

    Pay Range: $24/hr. to $29/hr.

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Be responsible for the oversight and direction of operations in the shipping and receiving area.

    + Prepare products for shipping while focusing on pallet utilization, loading/unloading trucks and resolving shipping errors.

    + Motivating and coaching employees.

    + Maintain a safe work environment and enforce company policies and procedures.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + High School Degree

    + Minimum of 3 years of inventory management, shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Must be proficient in Excel

    + Ability to solve problems independently and think outside the box.

    + Forklift and/or Tow Motor training certification is a plus.
