Our client, a leader in data center infrastructure, is seeking a Construction Safety Manager to join their team. As a Construction Safety Manager, you will be part of the Construction Department supporting the Data Center Construction Project. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, proactive communication, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Location:** Goodyear, AZ
What's the Job?
+ Lead and manage all aspects of the site’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) program for a high-performance data center construction project.
+ Conduct daily site walks and inspections to identify unsafe conditions, hazards, and opportunities for improvement.
+ Develop, implement, and maintain site-specific safety plans, procedures, and risk assessments.
+ Conduct incident investigations and root cause analyses; prepare and submit required reports and corrective actions.
+ Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, local, and client-specific safety standards.
What's Needed?
+ 8++ years of construction safety experience, with at least 5 years in data center or mission-critical environments.
+ Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (preferred but not required).
+ Certifications such as ASP, CSP, CHST, or equivalent are strongly preferred.
+ Strong working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1926 Construction Standards and NFPA 70E.
+ Proven ability to manage and influence subcontractors and project teams toward safety excellence.
