Join our dynamic operations team as an Assistant Shift Operator, where you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining safety standards, and delivering high-quality products to our customers. What You’ll Do: Support and back up the Shift Operator during absences Operate and maintain process equipment and reactors Assist with employee training and daily production scheduling Perform ERP system tasks and maintain accurate production logs Conduct routine equipment maintenance and repairs Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards Handle shipping logistics, inventory organization, and order verification Promote 5S workplace organization and continuous improvement initiatives What You Bring: High School diploma or GED (preferred) Lead or Leadership experience 1+ years of chemical envirnoment experence 2+ years of manufacturing experience (preferred) Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English Strong documentation and organizational skills Basic mechanical aptitude and computer literacy Forklift certification and experience with industrial equipment Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse Frequent movement, climbing, kneeling, and handling tools Must be able to detect hazards and communicate effectively with team members Schedule: Must be flexible to work shifts and overtime, including weekends, as needed Ready to make an impact?
