    Our client, a leading company in the utilities and facilities management industry, is seeking a Scheduler Planner to join their team. As a Scheduler Planner, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the maintenance teams and client operations. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, excellent organizational abilities, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully within the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Scheduler Planner

    **Location:** Apex, NC.

    **Pay Range:** $40-$43/hr

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Plan and schedule all maintenance activities within the utility plant to ensure efficient utilization of resources.

    + Coordinate with maintenance managers, vendors, and client representatives to organize preventive and corrective maintenance work.

    + Create and publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly work schedules and communicate them to relevant stakeholders.

    + Support client audits and ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements for work orders.

    + Maintain and update work order data in client CMMS systems and assist in building automation and preventive maintenance programs.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Minimum 3 years’ experience in maintenance planning and scheduling within a process and building services environment, preferably with utility plant experience.

    + Facilities management experience including budget and contract management.

    + Experience managing multiple vendors and working closely with client accounts.

    + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all levels of the organization and external contractors.

    + Preferred: Associate Degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
