Our client, a leading organization in facilities management, is seeking a **Facility Manager** to join their team. As a **Facility Manager** , you will be part of the Facilities Management Department supporting operations and maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Facility Manager
**Location:** Lawrenceburg, TN
**Pay Range:** $40/hr - $45/hr
**Shift:** M-F. 8:00 am-5:00pm
What's the Job?
+ Supervise and direct the plant operations team, ensuring efficiency in maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance programs.
+ Maintain knowledge and ensure adherence to the Master Services Agreement and relevant amendments.
+ Manage financial performance related to operational facilities spend, ensuring compliance with budgets.
+ Track trends and recommend action plans regarding KPI/SLA performance for plant operations and engineering services.
+ Support delivery of maintenance, projects, and vendor activities supporting critical operations and functions.
What's Needed?
+ 5+ years of facility management, plant operations, engineering, or maintenance supervision experience.
+ Proven managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities.
+ Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, overseeing technical and administrative staff.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
+ Proficiency in MS Office, MS SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.
