Our client, a leading innovator in the aerospace and drone manufacturing industry, is seeking a Drone Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Drone Assembly Technician, you will be part of the Manufacturing Department supporting the production of advanced autonomous drones. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Drone Assembly Technician

**Location:** Hayward, CA

Pay Range: $25hr

Shift: 6am- 2:30pm

What's the Job?

+ Assemble small, complex mechanical components with precision and care

+ Follow detailed assembly documentation and verbal/written instructions accurately

+ Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals

+ Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency

+ Use software tools to test, track, and communicate production-related information

+ Proficient at soldering

+ Open-minded and enthusiastic about hands-on technical tasks

+ Proficient at soldering

+ Proficient in assembling intricate mechanical parts

+ Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute tasks consistently

+ Strong communication skills to share ideas and troubleshoot issues

+ Reliable work ethic with a focus on quality and safety
