Our client, a leading manufacturing organization in Mebane, is seeking a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

**Location:** Mebane, North Carolina

What's the Job?

+ Prioritize and address safety-related issues in the plant to maintain a safe work environment.

+ Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to support production reliability and minimize downtime.

+ Provide hands-on technical support for equipment breakdowns, installations, and special projects.

+ Train and assist operators in performing autonomous maintenance and basic equipment care tasks.

+ Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on all assigned production equipment and tooling.

What's Needed?

+ Strong multi-craft background including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

+ Experience with PLC and CNC equipment preferred.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

+ Working knowledge of CMMS systems for work order management.

+ Commitment to safety, reliability, and continuous learning.
